Integrated 1
Welcome to Integrated 1!
This is the first year of a 3 year math sequence at the high school. We cover a variety of topics that include but are not limited to:
- Graphing and writing linear equations
- Rigid transformations: reflections, rotations and translations
- Statistical Analysis: mean, median, mode, range, r, r^2 and standard deviation
- Exponential functions
- Solving systems of equations using substitution and elimination
- Triangle congruence
- Writing equations for sequences
- Writing, graphing and solving inequalities
- Geometric constructions
This year we will be working at a brisk pace and at a high standard. The goal is to finish the Core Connections Integrated 1 textbook so that students are ready for the intensity and fun of Integrated 2.
