🎉 DRESS-UP DAYS 🎉 

Monday – Oompa Loompa Land: Stripes & Jungle Day
Wear striped shirts, orange/green color combos, or a "tribal spirit" twist with face paint/bandanas

Tuesday – Golden Egg Day 🥚✨
Golden Egg Day Gold accessories, gold clothing, sparkles, crowns, or a “golden glam” theme. Students can dress in gold, black, and white to match the room. 

Wednesday – Mad Scientist Day 🧪
Lab coats, crazy hair, mismatched socks, science-themed accessories, and homemade “invention” props. Students can dress like mad scientists, inventors, or experimental lab workers. 

Thursday – Chocolate River: Candy Land Day 🍭
Bright, colorful, mismatched outfits inspired by candy. Think colorful tutus, striped shirts, bright accessories, candy-themed costumes, and lots of pink, purple, blue, yellow, and green. 

Friday – Willy Wonka Eski Factory: Extreme Purple & Gold 💜💛
Go ALL OUT in purple and gold for Homecoming Friday! Show your Escalon spirit and get ready for the parade!

 

The Homecoming Parade is Friday, September 25 at 2:30. Get ready for an amazing parade and celebration of Escalon’s traditions. 

Stanislaus State Presentation | Want to learn more about what Stanislaus State has to offer? Sign up for this RTI session to learn about majors, programs, and campus life. An admissions counselor will be presenting. Open to all grade levels | Monday, September 21 |  Sign up to attend during Mr. Jimenez’s RTI session

Construction Trades Fair at San Joaquin Delta College. Interested in a career in construction? Sign up to tour Delta College’s CTE programs and learn about careers in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and more. Meet local employers and industry professionals, check out hands-on demonstrations, and explore different career pathways. Open to all grade levels! Last day to sign up is 9/18.

Class Shirts -  If you bought a class shirt, please stop by the ASB office  and pick it up.  If you didn’t get a class shirt and would like one, we have a few extra shirts (one of each of the following sizes): Senior Shirts (black) - S, M, XL & 2X. Junior Shirts (white) - L, XL & 2XL. Sophomore Shirts (purple) - S, M & XL. Freshman Shirts (gold) - S, M, L & XL. Bring $20 to the ASB office to get one.

 

💗PIT PINK OUT SHIRTS ARE HERE! 💗Show your school spirit and your support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month by ordering this year’s PIT Pink Out shirt! Shirts are $20 and will be ready for pickup at the end of the month, just in time for our first Pink Out game! We have noticed an increasing number of students who are not following the EUSD dress code guidelines. Please review the guidelines and ensure that you are dressed accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation. 

 

RTI: Students, please remember to check your RTI schedule throughout the day. Make sure you are selecting at least 3 classes you would like to attend for RTI in order to avoid going to the Cougar Den. Deadlines to make all course requests are always at the end of the nutrition break, please make sure that you are only scheduling your teacher’s RTI periods, LUNCH DETENTIONS WILL START TO BE GIVEN NEXT WEEK.

 

Student Volunteers needed - Saturday, October 24 from 6-9:15pm for the Valley Home Harvest Festival. Task is running the games at the festival. Dinner is included for volunteers. Please see Karen Nunes in the ASB office to sign up.

Support the club of your choice with a purchase (Art, Digital Media, Photo and STEM) Books are only $25 and include a free medium one-topping with no purchase needed. That free pizza pays for the cost of the book PLUS there are 10 BOGO large pizza coupons and more (total coupons value over $600). You can pay at the ASB office only. PSAT (Preliminary SAT) is a standardized practice test that helps students prepare for the SAT and qualifies 11th grade test-takers for the National Merit Scholarship. The test is currently available online for EHS 10th and 11th graders only.  The link to buy is here: PSAT  This exam will take place on October 21, 2026 at 8am in the EHS library. Sales end September 29 at 8am. Get yours today.

Academic Block E - Each year 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are recognized for their academic excellence and school involvement with either a patch or pin for their letterman jacket. Stop by room 9 to pick up an application and see if you qualify. Applications are due by Friday October 16th.

Attention all boys that are interested in trying out for basketball this year. If you DID NOT attend our summer program, you need to contact Coach Bartelink at [email protected] and sign-up.

 

All EHS students: If you plan to attend an EHS home sporting event, you MUST show your school ID or ASB Card at the gate to get in. No exceptions.

 

All sports tickets into the EHS home games are GoFan only. Please plan accordingly. (The only exception is JV/Varsity Football - cash is still accepted at the gates this year for these games
