🟣 General Information

Save the Date: College and Career Night will be held on Wednesday, September 16th from 5:30 to 7:00 PM

 

Students, a friendly reminder- PLEASE… DO NOT REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE COVER ON YOUR CHROMEBOOK. If removed it will void all insurance coverage and warranties and could result in a $50.00 fine.

 

Students, please make sure that you are checking your RTI schedule throughout the day, as it could be different than when you last check it during 1st or 2nd period.

 

Science Camp If you are interested in signing up for science camp this year please follow the link to add your name to the list. Or stop by and see Mr. Davis in room 7/41.

 

Interested in CSF? This club helps set you up for success when it comes to scholarships and college applications! Join us in room 2 (Mrs. Kelley’s room) TODAY AT LUNCH (9/3) to learn more! 

 

🧟GEAR UP, THE ZOMBIES ARE COMING! Prepare for the Zombie Run by registering before October 2nd to get your limited edition t-shirt! Look for the posters in the hall for the QR code Zombie Color Fun Run Flyer🏃

 

Student Volunteer Opportunity at Escalon Library! Starts September 8 and is ongoing. The tasks are on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 4-5:30pm. Helping students grades 1-8 with homework, reading, and word building. They also need volunteers on Saturdays.  Please see Karen Nunes in the ASB office to sign up or get more information.

 

Looking for something sweet? The music program is selling caramel apples with tons of candy topping options! See any music student or stop by room 16 to purchase. Apples are $15 each and the deadline to purchase is September 18th

 

The Homecoming Parade is Friday, September 25. Get ready for an amazing parade and celebration of Escalon’s traditions. The Escalon Historical Society has fantastic window displays decorated with Escalon High School “student” mannequins. You don’t want to miss it! Drive by, walk by, or better yet…stop in and say thanks to the wonderful volunteers at the Historical Society. They are located  at 1630 Main Street and are open Wednesdays from noon to 4pm.

 

Friends Helping Friends Club: Join us on Tuesday, September 8th in room 24 at lunch for our first Friends Helping Friends meeting of the year. We will be discussing the events we have planned for the year, and most importantly, we want your ideas! Bring your creativity and suggestions for new activities and ways we can make our club more inclusive! 

 

Book Club: It’s time to talk books! Join us on Tuesday, September 8th during RTI with Harrington for our next Book Club meeting.

 

Order deadlines for several options are due September 3 and 10.  Take time to smell the flowers! Floral Subscription orders are now available! PSAT (Preliminary SAT) is a standardized practice test that helps students prepare for the SAT and qualifies 11th grade test-takers for the National Merit Scholarship. The test is currently available online for 11th graders only.  Grade 10 will be able to purchase on September 8 at about 9am. The link to buy is here: PSAT  This exam will take place on October 21, 2026 at 8am in the EHS library. Sales end September 29 at 8am. Get yours today.

🏆 SPORTS & ATHLETICS NEWS

 

Boys Soccer Meeting: Friday, 9/4, after school on the soccer field. 

 

All sports tickets into the EHS home games are GoFan only. Please plan accordingly. (The only exception is JV/Varsity Football - cash is still accepted at the gates this year for these games)

 

All EHS students: If you plan to attend an EHS home sporting event, you MUST show your school ID or ASB Card at the gate to get in. No exceptions.

 

Students…If you bought an ASB card or your family purchased a Family Pass, but didn’t receive it yet, please stop by the ASB office and pick it up.
