📚 December 2025 Finals Schedule

 

 

đź—“ Thursday, 12/18 - Buses will leave at 3:05

 

  • Pre-Period: 7:07–8:05

  • 3rd Period: 8:10–10:25

  • Break: 10:25–10:40

  • 4th Period: 10:45–1:00

đź—“ Friday, 12/19 - Buses will leave at 3:05

 

  • 5th Period: 8:10–10:25

  • Break: 10:25–10:40

  • 6th Period: 10:45–1:00

 

Lunch during finals will be served during break 10:25 - 10:40

 

 REMINDER: Students are not allowed at any other school site after School

* Any student taking the bus must catch it at EHS. They are not allowed to board at El Portal or any other site

* There is a Study Hall Event with teachers in the cafeteria on Wednesday and Thursday until buses arrive

* The library will be open for students to study for their finals

The high school office and library will be closed on Thursday, December 18th, from 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm.

 

AP exams can be ordered here AP EXAMS  for $114 each.

 

STUDENTS….PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE COVER FROM YOUR CHROMEBOOK.  There will be a $50.00 fine if the protective cover is removed.

 

 

Interested in a career in Welding? We will be taking a tour of Cal-Trade Welding School in Modesto.  They offer many courses, including Combination Welding, TIG/MIG, Structural, Pipeline Welding, Blueprint Reading, and AWS Inspector. Please sign up using this form by January 6th at 3:15 pm. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE

Vintage yearbooks are available to purchase for only $5 each! There are many past years to choose from (dates from 1953 to 2018).  These make great gifts and are so fun to look at!  Call Karen at 209-691-9858 to check if yours is in stock.

 

Sophomore, Junior, and Senior FFA Students - Applications for the Made for Excellence and Advanced Leadership Academy Conferences are posted on the Escalon FFA Google Classroom. PRINTED and SIGNED applications are due to an Ag teacher by 3:05PM on December 19th.

Seniors: Graduation Reminder

  • Cap and Gown: To participate in the graduation ceremony, all students must have a cap and gown purchased only through Jostens. CLICK HERE to order.
  • Using a Sibling’s Cap and Gown? You may reuse it, but you will still need to purchase a new tassel for the cap through Jostens.

Seniors….Are you working on scholarship applications?  See Karen Nunes in the ASB office to get your scholarship list worksheet.  It’s easy to use and will help you know what scholarships to apply for.  Almost 90 students received this already! Get yours today!

 

Ag majors…The Tony Roche Memorial Scholarship is available.  Please don’t miss this opportunity.

 

Female students majoring in Architecture, Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement or International Studies…Please apply to the Kristin Smart scholarship.  Scholarship award is $5,000.  Due March 16, 2026.

Seniors pursuing a career in education…The California Retired Teachers Association is offering scholarships to five students in the amount of $1,500. Get the application from Karen Nunes.

 

Portuguese students graduating in 2026…Here’s a scholarship for you! CABRILLO CIVIC CLUB SCHOLARSHIP

 

Senior Disney Grad Night is tentatively scheduled for May 12, 2026.  Price is $459 per student and includes Motorcoach transportation and a Disneyland Grad Nite Park Hopper Ticket. Registration was due by November 1, 2025, but has been extended to December 1. The extended registration date is specifically for a waitlist at this time.
