Students! Let’s beat breast cancer together. Friday during 1st period you will recieve beads. You can face off and challenge anyone to rock, paper, scissors. The winner gets the beads. At the end of the day whoever receives the most beads will be the ultimate survivor. Is this you??? (You can not use class time for this unless your teacher allows it)

Red Poinsettias just in time for the holidays! Please support the Spanish Club with this fundraiser.  Beautiful red poinsettias will be available to pick up in room 22 at the high school on November 19 from 4-6pm.  The price is only $20 each. Spanish Club will have an all Club meeting on Tuesday November 4th please sign up for Sr. Rivera’s RTI on that day. Also Spanish Club has an altar set up in Room 22: If you have a picture of a loved one who has passed away and you would like to honor, please add to our collection. You can bring it to room 22 anytime this week.

 

ASVAB Career Exploration Program – The ASVAB will be held on Wednesday, November 19. Open to students in grades 10 and up, it helps explore strengths and career paths in college, trades, and the military. If you are interested in taking the test, please complete this Google Form 

 

ASVAB Tutoring – Do you need help preparing for the ASVAB? Mrs. Olsen will be offering ASVAB tutoring during RTI on 10/30/2025, 11/06/2025, 11/13/2025, 11/17/2025, and 11/18/2025. Sign up now in Enriching Students!

 

CSU Application Workshop: Monday, Nov. 3 - A Stanislaus State representative will be on campus during 4th period and RTI to help seniors with CSU applications. Open to A-G eligible seniors only. Register to attend and sign up for Mr. Jimenez’s RTI session ā€œCSU Application Workshopā€ for Monday, Nov. 3.

 

Sacred Heart Club: There will be a Sacred Heart Club meeting with Father and Dawn from St. Patrick’s Catholic Church TODAY (10/30) during lunchtime in room #5. Please join us for an inspiring message about our faith journey. All are welcome to attend!

Door Decorating Contest:  Hey Cougars! ā¤ļø It’s Red Ribbon Week, and our theme is ā€˜Life’s a Puzzle—Solve It Drug Free!’ All classrooms are invited to participate in PIT’s game-themed door decorating contest to promote being drug-free. Doors will be judged Thursday (10/30) morning, and winners will be announced Friday—with prizes for the top three doors! Get to decorating and good luck!

 

Winter Formal is December 13th.  Sales will start on November 6th.  Starting price is $40 per person.  You can get your contract and guest contract outside of the main office. Get them filled out and ready to pay on November 6th for the best price.

Do you have a fine on your ASB account or owe money to the library? Stop by and check to ensure your fines are resolved before Winter Formal.  Students with fines will not be approved to attend Winter Formal on December 13. 

The library will be closed on Wednesday morning, Oct. 29th until 9am. Please plan accordingly.

 

Join EHS Music for our Trivia Night on Saturday, November 8th at 6:00pm in the EHS Theater. Tickets are $30 which include your dinner and participation in the trivia game. Please fill out the Google Form to secure tickets. RSVP’s needed by this Friday! 

 

FFA Cookie Dough is due to arrive and be distributed on November 5.

 

FFA Tri-Tip Drive-Thru dinner is back! You get a freshly prepared family meal for $60, including a whole tri-tip, pasta salad, Portuguese beans, 4 rolls, and 4 cookies.  Pick up date is November 14, 3:30 - 6:30 pm on Stanislaus Street.  Follow the signs.  Last day to order is November 7.  TRI-TIP DINNER 11/14/25

Wrestling- Anyone interested in wrestling this year who is not currently playing a fall sport must attend mandatory conditioning on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15–5:15 PM in the weight room.

All participants must have a current physical and be cleared through Athletic Clearance online.

 

Girls Soccer Tryouts: Monday at 3:30 - Must be cleared through Home Campus to participate.
