Glow Out Rally and Yearbook Carnival is this Friday! Wear white or neon t-shirts on Friday for the rally. Check our Instagram pages for game and activity volunteers. All freshmen through juniors will be able to pick up their yearbook immediately after the rally. We will have a DJ, Photo Booth, games, and Yogurt Mill Food Truck will be here to celebrate the end of the year for us. Students and staff are invited and encouraged to attend! 


Applications for the 23rd San Joaquin County Youth Leadership Academy are now open. This program allows students to experience the criminal justice system in action while developing personal and professional skills. Please visit the counseling office for application.

AP Students it’s time to check-out your textbooks for summer assignments to avoid the long lines in the library during the last week of school.

FCA - There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes meeting on Thursday during lunch in room 10. We will be featuring a guest speaker. You do not need to be an athlete to attend - everyone is welcome. Join us for lunch on Thursday.

The Cougar Closet (student store) is open and available online.  You can purchase items with cash at the ASB Office.  Spirit items can also be purchased online via the EHS website. After School Tutoring & Study Hall is open after school: Mrs. Olsen is available from 3:15-4:15 pm on Mondays and Thursdays in Rm. 29, and Mr. Louro is available on Wednesdays from 3:15-4:30 pm. You can email Mrs. Olsen or Mr. Louro with any questions.

First Responder Leadership- There is nothing more valuable, important, or sacred than life. When you're an EMT, people put their life in your hands. To be trusted and empowered to care for others is a great responsibility and the highest honor.This week is EMS week. We encourage Cougars to show gratitude to our  local EMS services. We appreciate your hard work and sacrifice!

GSA- Our final meeting of the year has been changed to Thursday, May 25 after school.

Yearbooks are here! Seniors: get your yearbooks at senior sunset 5/25. Everyone else: get your yearbook after the last rally of the year on 5/26. We’ll have games, music, and Yogurt Mill! If you can’t get your yearbook that day, see Mrs. Fanjul in room 6 at the break between exams.

Reminder Seniors: After Graduation Plan Forms are PAST DUE make sure you turn yours in to the Counseling Center ASAP.

Senior Sunset and Slideshow: All Seniors are invited to the Varsity Soccer Field this Thursday, May 25th, at 7:30 pm for the annual sunset and slideshow presentation.  Bring lawn chairs and blankets, and take lots of pictures!  If you pre-ordered a Sunset t-shirt, come to Room 7 today during lunch or after school to pick it up!

Senior Award Night is just around the corner…May 24 at 6:30 pm in the EHS Performing Arts Theater. This is an INVITATION-ONLY evening to recognize students with awards and/or scholarships. Invitations are being distributed all throughout this month.  If you get one, you can bring two guests….Just RSVP to get your guest tickets emailed to you the week of May 15.

This is a friendly reminder that all graduates must be dressed in the appropriate attire to participate in the graduation ceremony.  This includes a cap, gown, and 2023 purple and gold tassel.
