Applications for the 23rd San Joaquin County Youth Leadership Academy are now open. This program allows students to experience the criminal justice system in action while developing personal and professional skills. Please visit the counseling office for application.

After School Tutoring & Study Hall is open after school: Mrs. Olsen is available from 3:15-4:15 pm on Mondays and Thursdays in Rm. 29, and Mr. Louro is available on Wednesdays from 3:15-4:30 pm. You can email Mrs. Olsen or Mr. Louro with any questions.
GSA- Our final meeting of the year has been changed to Thursday, May 25 after school.
Next Friday, May 26th, is the end of the year Glow Out Rally and first ever Yearbook carnival! Wear neon or white shirts for the day! We will have a Dj, PhotoBooth, Games, and Yogurt Mill food truck after the rally while you pick up yearbooks and have a signing party.
Yearbooks are here! Seniors: get your yearbooks at senior sunset 5/25. Everyone else: get your yearbook after the last rally of the year on 5/26. We’ll have games, music, and Yogurt Mill! If you can’t get your yearbook that day, see Mrs. Fanjul in room 6 at the break between exams.

Reminder Seniors: After Graduation Plan Forms are PAST DUE make sure you turn yours in to the Counseling Center ASAP.
Senior Slideshow pictures: if you have any pictures from your time in Escalon with you and friends from elementary school, El Portal, or EHS, send them to Mrs. Carbajal or the Senior Class instagram page. The deadline to submit is Monday, May 22. The slideshow will be shown at Senior Sunset.
Senior Award Night is just around the corner…May 24 at 6:30 pm in the EHS Performing Arts Theater. This is an INVITATION-ONLY evening to recognize students with awards and/or scholarships. Invitations are being distributed all throughout this month. If you get one, you can bring two guests….Just RSVP to get your guest tickets emailed to you the week of May 15.
Seniors attending Grad Nite: Your permission slips for both Escalon and Disney are due now! Submit your permission forms to the front office or room 7. No forms? No trip! Remember, if you are attending the trip, you must arrive at the New Gym at 5:15 am on Friday morning!
