Escalon High School Daily Bulletin

PSAT Attention Juniors- Escalon High School will administer the PSAT on October 12, 2022. This is to help students practice and prepare for the official SAT. Exams will be $22.00 and can be purchased with Karen Nunes in the ASB office. Space is limited, so don't wait. For more detailed information, please check your student email. 

Junior and Senior Class Shirts have arrived! If you pre-ordered shirts, they will be available to pick up from Rm 7 today during lunch and after school. Please come and pick them up.  Freshman and Sophomore shirts should arrive this week so listen for announcements of when to come and pick those up.

ASB Cards and Family Passes should be here this week.  They didn’t arrive last week as planned.  It will be in this bulletin when they are here to pick it up.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

POWDER PUFF - ATTENTION, rubber cleats WILL now be allowed to be used during the powder puff game as it has been raining. Permission slips and money must be turned in to Mrs. Nunes at the ASB office window TODAY.  Coaches - if you haven’t paid, please do so today.

Cheer uniform payments are due.  You can pay online or in person at the ASB Office.  If you need more information or assistance with paying online, please call Karen Nunes at 209-691-9858.

Art club we have a meeting Tuesday 20th during lunch in room 40

Photography club- there is a meeting this Wednesday, Sept 21st, in room 40 during lunch

Construction Trades Fair: The Annual Construction Fair is on Friday, September 23. If you registered on the google form, please submit a Pre-Arranged Absence form to Mr. Jimenez ASAP. Also, there’s a scholarship that Seniors can apply for regarding architectural, engineering, construction trades, or any building-related fields. Please apply for the Rick John Memorial Scholarship.  See Mrs. Nunes in the ASB office for more information.

 

College Night will be on Tuesday, September 27, at 5:00 PM.

Students: If you are interested in participating in San Joaquin County’s Student Election Officer Program and making some money,  please stop by the counseling center for more information. You must be 16 years old and have a 2.5 GPA. 


Book Club: There is a meeting this Wednesday at lunch in Room 15.


GSA: There is a meeting this Thursday at lunch in Room 15.

 

Senior News

Attention Seniors - If you have not had your senior portrait taken yet, Shoob Photography will be coming to our campus on Oct 11th and 27th from 3:30 to 7:30. Appointments must be made via shoobphoto.com

Seniors If you have not joined the SENIOR Google classroom, please do so as soon as possible and complete your senior survey. Counselors will post important information for seniors in this folder, including dates and deadlines throughout the school year. 

Seniors - Scholarships are available, and many are posted outside the ASB office!  The time to start applying is now.  Please stop by the ASB Office and talk with Mrs. Nunes to learn more.
