Free at-home test kits are available via USPS.  Anyone can request up to 4 free rapid tests using the following link: https://special.usps.com/testkits.

Sports Boosters will be selling Cougar Merchandise on May 12 from 3:15 pm - 6:00 pm at the football field shed. There are new items available. Come out and get your graduation gifts.  

The ASB office will not be open today.  It will reopen tomorrow.

HYLC Members:  There will be a meeting for all HYLC members on Thursday in Rm 22 during lunch.  

Students, Staff, Community Members - do you remember Mariah Izzo from your Van Allen elementary school years?....or some other way?  Mariah would have graduated from EHS as part of the Class of 2022.  Please stop by the ASB office or call Karen Nunes at 209-691-9858 to learn more about something we are working on to honor Mariah’s memory.

Attention students……During the week of May 9th, testing will be conducted in the library; however, the library will be accessible thru the workroom door for Chromebook issues, printing, and other library services.

Attention FFA members: If you show an animal at the fair, you MUST complete entries by May 9th, 2022, by 11:59 pm. If you do not enter your animal on time, there will be a $100 late fee!!!!! 

FCA - There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes club meeting on Friday in room 10 during Lunch. We will be featuring a guest speaker. You do not need to be an athlete to attend - everyone is welcome. Join us for lunch on Friday.

Attention FFA members: There will be a turkey meeting in room 37 today at lunch and a swine meeting today at lunch in room 38

The online store is at www.escalonhigh.org, then go to the “Families” heading and “Online Store” (under Families) to register for an account or log in to make purchases, donations, or payments.  **New! In addition to Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, we can now accept Apple Pay and Google Pay at the online store!**

We have only a few yearbooks left! Get yours before it’s too late. We CAN NOT order more once we sell out. 

Prom pictures are ready for pick-up in the library.  Please pick them up before school, after school, during break, or at lunch.

Track Athletes- return your washed jersey to Mr. Bower in Room 34 by Frida 5/13 or you will be placed on the fine list.

Cross Country- Are you interested in joining cross country next year? We will have an informational meeting with summer plans in room 34 on Tuesday, 5/17.

ACADEC: Attention all EHS students. There will be a brief informational meeting about ACADEC and the competition for next year in Room 26 on Friday at lunch. Even though it is an academic competition, students of all GPAs are needed for the team. PLease come by and learn more.

AP COURSE MEETINGS!!! 

If you are enrolled in an AP Class for the 2022-2023 school year, you will need to pick up your course contract and summer assignments (if applicable) at your class meeting. Meetings will take place during lunch unless otherwise specified:

  • The AP WORLD HISTORY meeting will take place on Monday, May 16 during lunch in Room 12.
  • The AP Stats meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 18th during lunch in room 34.
  • The AP LITERATURE  meeting will take place Thursday, May 19, during lunch in Room 6.

Planning to attend Disneyland Grad Nite? Please be sure you REMAIN eligible now so you are ready to enjoy the activities.

Attention Senior Students and Parents: Disney Grad Nite information was emailed to you. Please remember forms need to be completed and submitted to the ASB Window by Friday, May 13th. These forms are REQUIRED to attend! 

Escalon High School’s Senior Award Night is Wednesday, May 18 at 6:30 pm in the Performing Arts Theater.  It is an invitation-only event.  Each student can request up to 2 guest tickets.  Tickets are required by guests for entry.  Looking forward to a wonderful evening of celebration and recognition!

 

Seniors - Did you receive any scholarships that you want to be noted in the graduation program?  If so, email [email protected] by Tuesday, May 10th, and include the following:  Your name (recipient) and the correct name of each award.  Please be sure it is neat and easy to understand.  Write “GRAD PROGRAM” in the subject line and ensure you receive a reply within one day to confirm receipt.  If not, please follow up.

 

MJC is excited to host evening workshops where students can complete Core Steps (Application, Orientation, & Educational Planning).

To register for the workshops, students can simply click on MJC workshops and select the date they would like to attend.

IMPORTANT: Students check your emails regarding the Senior Awards Night.  Invitations and information are only being sent via email. If you do not receive an invitation, keep checking.  They will be sent from now to early May.
