Escalon High School Daily Bulletin

All Students: Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a program that provides leadership experiences organized by Rotary clubs.  Rotary District 5220 is having a FREE Virtual event.  It will be on

  •   Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM!

CSF- There will be a quick meeting at the start of lunch tomorrow. Thursday in Room 34. There are several volunteer opportunities that you can sign up for.

Planning to attend the prom or Disneyland grad bash? Please be sure you are eligible now so you are ready.  You can check with the library and ASB for fines due (for ASB this includes athletic uniforms, cheer uniforms, and class t-shirts) 

Who’s ready for Prom?  Tickets are available now!  Every EHS student attending needs to turn in a completed Contract no later than March 25 to buy a ticket.  If you want to buy a non-EHS guest ticket, you’ll need a Guest Request turned in no later than March 22 and wait a few days for approval.  Ticket prices are $55 each from now to 8am on March 7, then increase to $60, then $70 after 8am on March 21.  The last day to buy a ticket is March 25 by 3:10pm.  Questions?? You can refer to the FAQ’s on the ASB door or check the Instagram account for prom updates.  The EHS Student Contact and Guest Request forms are available in the hall near the ASB office, at the ASB office, or on Instagram.  You can buy your prom tickets with cash at the ASB office or with a credit card online at:

The online store is at www.escalonhigh.org, then go to the “Families” heading and “Online Store” (under Families) to register for an account or log in to make purchases, donations, or payments.

A scholarship for Juniors and Seniors is now open.  Students must be in good standing with the California Association FFA to apply.  The final day to apply online is March 1, 2022.  Email Karen Nunes in the ASB Office to get the link to this application.

Students just a reminder…….. if your Chromebook or books are lost or stolen please remember to report it to the library ASAP.

Some really great scholarships are going to be due the Monday after break (Feb 28).  Please get your applications in for the ones that you meet requirements for:  Walter Hogan, Escalon Unified Teachers Association, Ed Mulivihill, Escalon Kiwanis, John T. Pereira Memorial, Escalon Sportsman Club, Escalon Lions Club, Joey Pinasco Memorial, and the Escalon Sunrise Rotary.  The Scholarship List on Google Drive in the Class of 2022 Classroom.  See Karen Nunes in the ASB office if you need help or want to learn more about scholarships.

 

Cap & Gown Orders must be made through Jostens only using the following three options:

  3. Correction: Apparel items will be shipped directly to the student’s address.  Announcements and cap and gown orders will be sent to the school.  Jostens will be here in April to deliver those items.

The Escalon High School Varsity boys' basketball team is playing in the 1st round of the CIF SJS Division IV playoffs at Venture Academy High School in Stockton, this Friday, February 18th, at 7 pm.  Venture Academy is capping tickets at 400.  Tickets will only be available to be purchased online through GoFan.
