Escalon Lions Club Speaking Contest went great!  Jacob Dugotook first place.  All seven speeches were phenomenal!  The Escalon Sunrise Rotary speech contest had 5 contestants.  Destiny Reyes took first place.  Jacob and Destiny will both advance to the next level speech contests.  Daughters of American Revolution sponsored an essay contest with several schools participating.  Emily Middleton represented Escalon High School and took first place at the awards ceremony.  Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Planning to attend the prom or Disneyland grad bash? Please be sure you are eligible now so you are ready.  You can check with the library and ASB for fines due (for ASB this includes athletic uniforms, cheer uniforms, and class t-shirts) 

Attention All Students: Valentine’s Day is coming up! Do you have a special someone out there? Why not put a smile on their face by purchasing a Valentine’s Day Gram? PIT will be selling Valentine’s Day Heart grams during lunch this week from Tuesday to Friday at the ASB office for $1 each. You will be able to write a small message to go along with the gram. Grams are on sale THIS WEEK ONLY and will be delivered on Valentine’s Day during 3rd period. Be sure to let that special someone know how you feel!

California Scholarship Federation- We are taking our club photo at the softball bleachers on Thursday at the start of lunch. Also, the application is available in google classroom (class code: 5vjxh6b), remember you need to apply each semester.

A new scholarship for Juniors and Seniors is now open.  Student must be in good standing with the California Association FFA to apply.  Final day to apply online is March 1, 2022.  Email Karen Nunes in the ASB Office to get the link to this application.

Men of Saint Patrick's Memorial scholarship is now open! Please get scholarship details on The Scholarship List on Google Drive in the Class of 2022 Classroom.  See Karen Nunes in the ASB office if you need help or want to learn more about scholarships.

Cap & Gown Orders must be made through Jostens only using the following three options:

  3. Correction: Apparel items will be shipped directly to the student’s address.  Announcements and cap and gown orders will be sent to the school.  Jostens will be here in April to deliver those items.

Congratulations to all three boys’ basketball teams for their victories at Livingston last night.

Attention all those interested in playing tennis this spring.  Practice will start on Tuesday, February 8th, at 3:30, on the tennis courts.  Make sure you are cleared online before Tuesday’s practice.

Football - All Freshman intending to play football in Fall 2022 need to attend the meeting with Coach Rose in room 10 during lunch on Tuesday, February 8.
