Happy Ho, Ho, Homecoming!-We’re crocin’ around the Christmas tree in our crocs today.  Tomorrow is “dress like a classmate or teacher” day for “new year, new me”, and Friday is EHS Spirit Day.  This Friday is the Homecoming Rally!

Planning to attend the prom or Disneyland grad bash? Please be sure you are eligible now so you are ready.  You can check with the library and ASB for fines due (for ASB this includes athletic uniforms, cheer uniforms, and class t-shirts)  

Escalon Sunrise Rotary Speech Contest is on January 27.  Participants will receive the Zoom link via email the week of January 24.  You can still sign up or learn more from Karen in the ASB office (email: [email protected])

California Scholarship Federation- The application is available in google classroom (class code: 5vjxh6b), remember you need to apply each semester.

Part-Time Job: Join the Sconza Team, Must be 16 years or older. 25 hours a week 5 hours a day, for more information and work permits please see Mrs. Smith in the counseling center.

Tutor Needed: 2 paid tutoring positions are available. If you are interested in tutoring middle school students please contact Mrs. Smith in the counseling center.

Senior News

Senior’s Name Verification: Please review your names in Aeries to make sure they are your legal name. Email Mrs. Liz Nunes ([email protected]) asap. All changes have to be made by February 3rd due to the ordering of diplomas. This is important for your college funding, records, etc.

Sober Grad-Today is the last day to get tickets for sober grad dinner.   All tickets, filled out stubs and money are due to Renee Snow by Wednesday the 26th.Let her know if you have any questions (209) 602-3241

New Scholarships are open!...  Heritage Church and Escalon Presbyterian Church are offering the Conrad Hensel and Schmidt-Schuckman-Boyles memorial scholarship for members of their church.  The Toni Largent Memorial Scholarship and the Walter Hogan Scholarship is also open now!  Please get more details on The Scholarship List on Google Drive in the Class of 2022 Classroom.

  4. Correction:  Apparel items will be shipped directly to the student’s address.  Announcements and cap and gown orders will be sent to the school.  Jostens will be here in April to deliver those items.

Attention all those girls that are not participating in a winter sport that want to play softball this spring, tryouts for JV and Varsity will begin on Monday, January 31st, at 3:30pm on the Varsity softball field.


Attention all boys interested in playing golf this spring.  There will be a meeting on Wednesday, February 2nd, at 2:30pm at Escalon Golf.


Congratulations to the girls basketball program on their doubleheader victories over Riverbank last night. JV improves to 7-0 in TVL and varsity is 6-1. Shout out to the EHS student body for creating the best environment a girls basketball game has ever seen at this school!
