KICKOFF PAPERWORK - If you did not turn in your paperwork, please do so immediately.

Reminder to all football players on Academic Probation.  Pick up your purple grade check form on the wall next to the main office and get your grade checks done and turned in on Thursday to be able to play this week.

ATTENTION ALL FRESHMAN AND SOPHOMORE - Chromebook insurance overdue. Pay asap. 

Cougar Kickoff pictures are available for pick-up in the library before or after school or during lunch.  

Attendance Reminder- All absences MUST be cleared within 2 days or they will be UNexcused.  Please have a parent call or bring in a note from a parent/guardian.

California Scholarship Federation (CSF)- Applications are Due this Friday, August 31st! Do you earn good grades and want to join an honor society for high school students? Registration is now open. Turn in your application or pick one up from Mr. Bower in room 34. 

Want some help with one of your classes? Want a space to finish a homework assignment? Peer Tutoring is available in Room 34 during lunch every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Stop by today!


ACADEC will begin meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch in room 26. If you can’t make it on Fridays after school, make sure to come at lunch! 

Hamilton Tickets are still available.  If you are interested in seeing Hamilton in San Francisco on November 6th, come and see Mrs. Rissetto in Room 20.  Mrs. Rissetto has changed rooms, please come to Room 20.

Yearbook pricing is increasing.  You can still get a yearbook for $75 until 3:05pm on August 30.  They will increase to $80 after 3:05pm August 30 and will continue to increase at a future date after that.  A list of everyone who’s purchased a yearbook so far is posted outside of the ASB office. Please check the list if you’re not sure if you bought one yet.

Film Club - The next Film Club meeting is this Friday, August 30th during lunch in room 12. Be there to hear about all the exciting things we will be doing this year!.

Academic Block E - Each year 10th, 11th, and 12th graders are recognized for their academic excellence with either a patch or pin for their letterman jacket. Stop by room 9 to pick up an application and see if you qualify. Applications are due by 9/3. 

Just a reminder that students are not allowed to drive their vehicles at any point during the day. Any students seen driving off during lunch will receive a Saturday school and may lose their driving privileges. 

Students interested in tutoring other students should go see Mrs. Nunes in the Counseling Center to sign up. 

Friendly Reminder: Students may not come to the counseling center during class time to request an appointment to see their counselor.  Students must do so before or after school, during nutrition, or at lunch.  

Sacred Heart Club:  Are you Catholic? Or maybe just Catholic curious?  Come join the Sacred Heart Club and Father Raj this Friday at lunch in room 11 for fellowship and a pizza lunch. All are welcome!

Congressman Josh Harder will be accepting applications for nominations to the military academies.  A Service Academy information session will be held on September 3rd at Beyer High School in Modesto at 5 pm.  The event is open to all students and parents interested in learning more about the different service academies or ROTC programs.  Please see your counselor for further information.
