Below are 2 options for extra credit or throw make-up. You are only allowed to do one of the options. The first flipgrid link is for the hammer. The second flipgrid link is to create your own throw. If you are missing more than one throw or did not get full credit, you have the option of teaching someone the frisbee throw that you missed. To earn credit you must record yourself teaching the throw and giving feedback on the throw (what they did wrong or right). Make sure you teach the throw correctly. You must record it on the flipgrid link.
