Sober Grad will be holding our main fundraiser – a Drive-thru Tri Tip Dinner, on Saturday, January 20th, 2018. Tickets are $45 per dinner for four (4) and include a bbq’d tri-tip, 4 baked potatoes, bag of salad, loaf of bread and a 2 liter soda.

In order to make this a successful event and to assist our senior students in paying for their Grad Night ticket we are asking for some assistance. Senior students can earn $5 off their Sober Grad ticket for every 5 dinners they sell or for working the tri-tip dinner from 3pm to 7pm on January 20th.

Friday, 1/19 – potatoes picked up at Pre-peeled in Stockton before noon, delivered to El Portal Saturday morning.

Saturday 1/20 – meat picked up at SaveMart on Oakdale Road, Modesto and delivered to El Portal by 9:30.

Saturday, 1/20 – salad and bread picked up at Food 4 Less in Manteca and delivered to El Portal by noon. Need two large vans or suburbans. April – are you one to pick up?

Need “kitchen” helpers to help cook potatoes, bag them and wrap tri-tips. Need three people from 1 – 4 and three people from 4 – 6:30. Michelle – are you one for one or both shifts?

Need BBQ’ers from 9:30 – 2 or so.


We have a couple of seniors signed up to help from 3 – 7. They will earn $5 off their event ticket. Please let Debbie or Tammy know if your senior would like to help and receive credit also.

COSTCO big, long rolls of foil (sold in 2 pack)

WE NEED HELP SELLING TICKETS! There are a bunch of senior parents that have them to sell to earn credit for their student. Or you can stop by City Hall to pick one up or call Debbie or Tammy.
