Seniors you should have ordered your cap and gown Monday at lunch or after school.


  • Cap, tassel and gown are only $30.11 (total including tax). These prices are at the lowest they will be this year and will go up.

The Escalon Educational Foundation Scholarship is now open!  It’s posted in Naviance and on the boards outside of the ASB office and counseling office.  This scholarship is academically based and requires an essay: The Essay Topic is; “Describe how your education within Escalon Unified School District and growing up within the Escalon community has formed who you are and your plans for your future”.  Please consider sharing your story by applying for this scholarship.  Don’t wait to apply and let time slip by…these scholarships are a very important part of your educational future.

Jacob Klessens Scholarship is open to students attending a college or vocational school, who exhibits good citizenship and a minimum GPA of 2.5. Jacob served the Escalon School District for over 40 years as a English Teacher at EHS, a principal, a superintendent and consultant. Check out this scholarship in Naviance or on the boards in the ASB or counseling areas.  See Mrs. Nunes or Mrs. P if you have any questions.

Grade 12 if you volunteer and want to learn more about the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards and scholarship, go to Naviance to learn more or see the posting on the scholarship bulletin near the ASB office or in the EHS Counseling Center.  This is due by November 6, so be sure to look into this right away!

Students interested in learning more about Paul Mitchell cosmetology school please come sign up in the Counseling Center. A representative from Paul Mitchell will be on campus October 23 at lunch in the counseling center!

Seniors!!! Would you like to receive a free 4-year college education in exchange for a 5-year military commitment? Plan to attend Service Academy Night at Ronald McNair H.S. October 18, 2018, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Come to the counseling center for more information.

Seniors- A rep from the University of Nevada Reno will be on campus October 18 @ lunch. If you are interested please come by the counseling center to sign up!!

REMINDER- All drivers must display a parking permit whether you park on or off campus. Please pick up your permit application outside of the front office.

Attention all students that plan on playing a winter sport.  Make sure that you have your physical completed and ready to give to your coach by the first day of conditioning/practice.

Attention all boys interested in playing basketball this upcoming season.  If you missed the meeting, please see Mr. Bartelink in Room 27 before or after school or at Vista during your lunch.

Attention all boys and girls interested in playing basketball this upcoming season and not doing a fall sport.  Mandatory conditioning will be Tuesday through Thursday, at 6:15 pm in the new gym. Please bring your physical.

Attention all boys interested in playing soccer.  Conditioning will start Monday at 3:30.  Be sure to have your physical sorted.

EHS Juniors: The Escalon Sunrise Rotary is seeking applicants for the 2019 RYLA leadership camp. This camp brings together over 200 students from the Central Valley who are already leaders in their schools. The camp run from February 15-18. Applications are available in the main office and from Ms. Baldwin in room 30. Applications are due by October 23rd. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Baldwin or ask last year’s participants: Brandon Karp, Madisyn Widmer, and Melea Maglalang.

Attention anyone interested in Wrestling this season not playing a Fall sport: Mandatory conditioning is this Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:30 in the weight room.

Practice hydration tests are Tuesday-Thursday 10/15, 10/16,  7:30 am- 2:30 pm in room 20.

Attentions all girls interested in playing soccer this season, there will be a mandatory meeting this Friday, 10/19 at lunch, in Room 27.

Students and Staff: this Friday is the Blackout football game! Come support your seniors in their last home game of the season. Blackout shirts are on sale all week for $10 at the ASB window.
