VPA Club – Do you want to see a broadway show in San Francisco, if so see Mrs. Rissetto in Room 19.  VPA has reserved tickets for “THE BIRTHDAY PARTY” play at the San Francisco AC Theater on Friday January 19th.  Space is limited so see Mrs. Rissetto right away. Cost is $20, plus a BART ticket.

Attention all EHS Cougars ASB is excited to share with you 2018 Winter Homecoming Spirit Week, Rally & Dance are happening next week ! Today we will start voting for our 2018 winter Homecoming King candidates during advisory period.! Each EHS student will select 5 Senior guys to be nominated for king. Teachers will be sharing instructions on how to set a personal password for your voting for school account when you login to cast your votes. Voting window will window will close tomorrow at midnight!

Pre-sale tickets for our Winter Homecoming Dance started this week it $8 for single $12 for a couple! Get your tickets during lunch in front of main office this week for the best deal. We will have DJ, photo booth, Giveaways and more for our “Sweet like Sugar” winter  Homecoming dance on 1/20/18

Cougars with 3.0 GPA and above interested in tutoring please come see Mrs. P in the Counseling Center.

Would you like to be in the running to win an attendance reward but have missed a day of school? Then plan on attending our next Saturday Study Hall with Ms. Baldwin on Saturday, January 27th. Math tutoring will be available and an opportunity for you to get help with general homework assignments. Sign up with any teacher on campus via google docs,  or in the main office with Mrs. Miranda to participate.

GSA – Officers’ meeting in Room 14 during lunch on Thursday, January 11th.

FCA – There will be a Fellowship of Christian Athletes pizza lunch meeting on Friday in room 10. We will be featuring a guest speaker. You do not need to be an athlete to attend – everyone is welcome. Join us for lunch on Friday.

Art Club- there will be an Art club meeting Tuesday at lunch in room 40. Bring you spirit wear and art club T-shirt designs if you have one. We will be discussing Arts Alive and our field trip. Hope to see you there.

Disneyland Grad Nite!! Seniors, your second payment is NOW overdue!! Get that payment in ASAP and take your receipt to room 4!!

CLASS of 2021:  Get your shirts!  Freshman class shirts are still available, get them before they are gone!  $18 in Room 19.

Speech Contest: The Escalon Sunrise Rotary is sponsoring a speech contest. The theme is “Making a Difference.” The contest is for EHS students and will be held on Thursday January 25th.  Cash prizes ($125, $100 and $75) will be awarded to the top 3 speeches, and the winner will have the opportunity to go on and compete for a $1000 prize. Information sheets can be picked up in room 30.

Attention FFA Members:  Today after school at 3:30pm is the chapter FFA meeting.  It is a business meeting only.  Don’t forget that if you plan to show an animal you must attend a minimum of 5 chapter meetings.  Any members attending the State FFA Conference, your permission forms and $200 payment is due to Mrs. Stark on Friday January 12th.

Girls softball conditioning starts on Monday, January 15th at 3:30 out at the varsity field. If it rains it will be in the gym. Make sure to bring you physical forms.
