Escalon High School Daily Bulletin

The Annual EHS Coffeehouse Concert is tonight, April 23rd, starting at 6 pm, in the theater.  Tickets are $5 at the door, and coffee and desserts will be served.  Come support your Music Students performing solo and small group performances.  See you there!  If you’d like to donate any dessert items, please reach out to Ms. Crow or Mrs. Carbajal. Attention Sophomores! There is a class meeting today at lunch in Room 2.  All students are encouraged to attend.  We are choosing a prom venue for next year, and discussing what to sell at graduation this year. This is our fundraiser so we need input from you all!

The Farmer’s Market staff was very impressed with our student volunteers April 17.  Thank you volunteers for helping the community and representing yourselves and EHS so well.  They are looking for more help for future farmer’s markets: 5/15, 6/19, 7/17 and 8/21.  If you can help or would like more information, please stop by the ASB office.

Students - If you owe money to ASB, it is due no later than May 10.  This includes Cheer, Baseball, FFA, Softball, Flag Football, and Wrestling.  If you aren’t sure if you owe, please stop by the ASB office and check.

Students interested in receiving tutoring in science or math? Please check the tutoring schedule and talk to your counselor if you have any questions about times and dates. 

 

This is just a friendly reminder that the priority deadline for completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is approaching on May 2nd. If you haven't completed your FAFSA yet and need assistance, we're here to help!

A financial aid representative from the Modesto Junior College Financial Aid office will visit our campus this Wednesday,, to meet with seniors. If you're interested in meeting with them, please fill out the following sign-up sheet.

A brand new scholarship opened TODAY!  It’s the Gomes and Phillips scholarship.  It is due April 30.  Please see the bulletin board near the ASB office, check with Mrs. Nunes in the ASB office, or the Scholarship List for more information.

Senior Slideshow: Attention Senior students and families, we are collecting photos for the senior slideshow.  Please send us any group photos from classrooms, sports, activities, etc. from pre-school to now.  Send photos to [email protected], or to the ASB or Senior Class instagram pages.

Seniors, Do you know where you will be attending after High School? Visit the Senior Google Classroom and complete the Post Grad Survey Form to let us know where you are attending and see your pennant displayed in the main hall. 

Financial Aid priority deadline has been extended to May 2, 2024. All seniors are required to apply for FAFSA or CA Dream Act, if you do not plan to attend college after graduation and do not wish to apply for financial aid you must complete an OPT out form.

 

Reminder: To participate in the ceremony, every senior must purchase their cap and gown from Jostens. Cap, gown, and tassel unit purchases can be made through the link provided in the bulletin - CLICK HERE.
